摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the application effect of high quality nursing in the nursing of patients with pruritus vulvae.Methods A total of 52 patients with pruritus vulvae admitted to Changqing District Ping'an Street Office Community Health Service Center in Jinan City from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 26 cases in each group.The observation group was given high quality nursing,and the control group was given routine nursing.The nursing satisfaction,psychological resilience,self-care ability,and comfort scores were compared between the two groups.Results The total nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 96.15%,which was higher than 76.92%of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of psychological resilience and self-care ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the comfort scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of high quality nursing in the nursing of patients with pruritus vulvae has a good effect,which can improve nursing satisfaction,psychological resilience,comfort and self-care ability.关键词
