基于"木曰敷和"理论探讨柔肝法治疗老年失眠症
Exploration on the treatment of elderly insomnia with the method of softening the liver based on the theory of "wood governing harmony"
摘要
Abstract
The liver is responsible for relieving and storing blood,and plays an important role in promoting qi circulation,regulating qi and blood,and supporting yin and yang.This article starts from the perspective of liver softness and"wood governing harmony",and based on the pathological characteristics of the elderly,such as weak viscera and imbalance of qi,blood,and yin and yang,the liver is used to treat elderly insomnia.The pathogenesis of this disease is summarized as wood based application,qi and blood stagnation,and yin and yang imbalance.The treatment advocates softening the liver rather than soothing it,ganhuan hezhong,yangxue rougan;suangan heyin,yishen rougan;xianhan qianyang,jiangni rougan;xinrun tongluo,huayu rougan,exploring the application of the liver softening method from four aspects in order to provide new ideas for the treatment of elderly insomnia and improve the quality of life of the elderly.关键词
