桃红四物汤合防己黄芪汤结合空气压力波治疗仪预防术后下肢深静脉血栓的效果观察
Effects of Taohong Siwu decoction with Fangji Huangqi decoction combined with intermittent pneumatic compres-sion on preventing the postoperative deep venous thrombosis

Abstract
Objective To explore the efficacy of Taohong Siwu decoction with Fangji Huangqi decoction combined with inter-mittent pneumatic compression(IPC)on the prevention of lower limb deep venous thrombosis(DVT)after thoracolumbar fracture surgery.Methods 92patients who underwent thoracolumbar fracture repair were enrolled between May 2019and May 2022and ran-domly divided into TCM group(n=46)and conventional group(n=46).Patients were given basic treatment after surgery,and the conventional group was added with IPC while the TCM group was treated with Taohong Siwu decoction with Fangji Huangqi de-coction on the basis of the conventional group,and both groups were treated for 2weeks.Comparisons were performed on the two groups from the aspects of incidence rate of DVT,lower limb hemodynamic indexes,coagulation indexes,lower limb visual ana-logue scale score(VAS)and limb circumference,and the adverse reactions were recorded during treatment.Results The inci-dence rate of DVT in TCM group was 13.04％,which was lower than 30.43％in conventional group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the flow velocities of the common femoral vein and popliteal vein and prothrombin time(PT)and activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT)were increased in both groups(P＜0.05),and the above indexes in TCM group were higher compared with those in conventional group(P＜0.05).The D-dimer(DD),VAS score and limb circumference in both groups were declined after treat-ment(P＜0.05),and the above indexes in TCM group were lower than those in conventional group(P＜0.05).There were no significant differences in adverse reactions between both groups during treatment(P＞0.05).Conclusion Taohong Siwu decoction with Fangji Huangqi decoction combined with IPC can significantly reduce the occurrence of DVT after thoracolumbar fracture sur-gery,accelerate the lower limb blood flow,improve the coagulation function,and reduce the lower limb swelling degree and pain degree.关键词
