Abstract
Objective To investigate the application effect of high-quality nursing in early inflammatory intestinal obstruction after operation of appendicitis in children.Methods A total of 60 children with early inflammatory intestinal obstruction after operation of appendicitis admitted to Longyang Town Health Center of Tengzhou City from September 2022 to August 2023 were divided into the control group(30 cases)and the experimental group(30 cases)by the random number table method.The control group received routine nursing and the experimental group received high-quality nursing.The postoperative recovery,compliance and family nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results Fasting release time,abdominal pain improvement time,exhaust recovery time,defecation recovery time,and hospitalization time of the experimental group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total compliance rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction rate of family members in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of high-quality nursing in early inflammatory intestinal obstruction after operation of appendicitis in children has good effect,can promote postoperative recovery,improve the compliance of children and the family nursing satisfaction,and is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
