摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the curative effect of Jianpi Yiqi Xiezhuo Decoction on acute exacerbation of chronic ob-structive pulmonary disease(COPD)and its influences on scores of TCM syndromes,arterial blood gas and pulmonary function.Methods A total of 80patients with COPD admitted to the hospital were enrolled between January 2020and December 2022.Ac-cording to random number table method,they were divided into observation group(n=40)and control group(n=40).The con-trol group was given routine treatment regimen,while observation group was additionally treated with Jianpi Yiqi Xiezhuo Decoc-tion.The scores of TCM syndromes(cough and expectoration,shortness of breath and asthma,fatigue),partial pressure of car-bon dioxide(PaCO2),partial pressure of blood oxygen(PaO2),blood oxygen saturation(SaO2),forced expiratory volume in 1second(FEV1),FEV1/forced vital capacity(FEV1/FVC)and 6-minute walking distance(6MWT)before and after interven-tion,and incidence of complications after treatment in the two groups were recorded and compared.Results After treatment,scores of TCM syndromes in both groups were decreased,which were lower in observation group than control group(P＜0.05).After intervention,PaCO2 was significantly decreased,while PaO2 and SaO2 were significantly increased in both groups(P＜0.05).The study results showed that after treatment,levels of FEV1,FEV1/FVC and 6MWT in both groups were increased,which were higher in observation group than control group(P＜0.05).After intervention,there was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Jianpi Yiqi Xiezhuo Decoction combined with routine treatment regimen can effectively relieve clinical symptoms,improve blood gas indexes and pulmonary function in patients with a-cute exacerbation of COPD,with high safety.关键词
