Abstract
Objective To investigate the application effect of seamless operating room nursing in plasma ablation of bilateral tonsils in children.Methods A total of 80 children who received plasma ablation of bilateral tonsils in Binzhou Medical University Hospital from March 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into the reference group and the study group according to the coin toss method,with 40 cases in each group.The reference group received routine nursing,and the study group received seamless operating room nursing.The postoperative recovery,psychological state,quality of life,complications,and family nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The exhaust time,getting out of bed time and hospitalization time in the study group was shorter than that in the reference group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of screen for child anxiety related emotional disorders and depression self-rating scale for children in the study group were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).After nursing,36-item short form score of the study group was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).The total complication rate of the study group was lower than that of the reference group(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction rate of family members in the study group was higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of seamless operating room nursing in plasma ablation of bilateral tonsils in children is good,which can accelerate the recovery of children,improve the psychological state and quality of life of children,reduce the occurrence of complications,and improve the nursing satisfaction of family members,which has clinical application value.关键词
