摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the application of nurse-patient communication model in pediatric neurology nursing.Methods A total of 70 children in the Department of Neurology admitted to Yantai Mountain Hospital of Yantai City from May 2022 to May 2023 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was given traditional nursing mode,and the observation group was given nurse-patient communication model.The negative emotions,nursing compliance,and family satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the scores of children's depression inventory and multidimensional anxiety scale for children in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total nursing compliance rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of family members in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of nurse-patient communication model in pediatric neurology nursing can effectively ameliorate the negative emotions of children,improve nursing compliance and family satisfaction,and is worth promoting and applying.关键词
