Abstract
Objective To explore the impact of nursing based on the transtheoretical model and stages of change(TTM)on breast feeding in primiparas.Methods A total of 90 primiparas who were registered and delivered in Heze Sixth People's Hospital from July 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the study objects.All the primiparas were divided into the control group and the study group using the random number table method.The control group(45 cases)received routine care,while the study group(45 cases)received nursing based on TTM.The breastfeeding self-efficacy,maternal role adaptation,pure breast feeding rate,and nursing satisfaction rate of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of breastfeeding self-efficacy scale and maternal role adaptation questionnaire in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The pure breast feeding rate and nursing satisfaction rate of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing based on TTM can effectively improve the breastfeeding self-efficacy of primiparas,help them better adapt to the mother's role,and improve the pure breast feeding rate and nursing satisfaction rate.关键词
