Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of daily life nursing combined with continuous nursing of family education and environment improvement in children with asthma.Methods A total of 100 children with asthma admitted to People's Hospital of Xintai City from September 2021 to September 2022 were selected as the study objects.All the children were divided into the observation group and the control group by the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received the routine nursing,and the observation group received the daily life nursing combined with continuous nursing of family education and environment improvement.The asthma control and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the scores of children-asthma control test in both groups were increased,and the score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of pediatric asthma quality of life questionnaire in both groups were increased,and the score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The daily life nursing combined with continuous nursing of family education and environment improvement in children with asthma can improve asthma control and the quality of life.The nursing effect is ideal,and the promotion is far-reaching.关键词
