Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of nursing intervention based on family happiness model in pediatric hernia surgery.Methods A total of 100 children undergoing hernia surgery in Binzhou Medical University Hospital from March 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the study subjects.All the children were divided into the reference group and the observation group using the touch ball method,with 50 cases in each group.The reference group received the routine nursing intervention,while the observation group received the nursing intervention based on family happiness model.The nursing compliance,psychological status,and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The total nursing compliance rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of the screen for child anxiety related emotional disorders and depression self-rating scale for children in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of nursing intervention based on family happiness model in pediatric hernia surgery can improve nursing compliance and psychological status and reduce complications.关键词
