Abstract
Objective:To observe the effects of neuromuscular joint facilitation(NJF)combined with Ziyin Tongluo Jiejing Decoction on the recovery of lower limb function and balance function in patients with post-stroke hemiplegia.Methods:A total of 80patients with post-stroke hemiplegia in the hospital were enrolled between January 2022and January 2023,including 40cases in control group(NJF)and 40cases in experimental group(NJF combined with Ziyin Tongluo Jiejing Decoction).The total response rate after treatment,nerve function[National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)],lower limb motor function[Fugl-Meyer Assessment Scale(FMA),walking speed,stride frequency,stride length,lower limb joint motion parameters],balance function(Berg Balance Scale,BBS)and quality of life(psychological status,social function,physical function,role function),and the occurrence of adverse reactions during treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,total response rate of experimental group was higher than that of control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,NIHSS score in experimen-tal group was lower than that in control group(P＜0.05),lower limb motor function indexes(FMA score,walking speed,stride frequency,stride length,lower limb joint motion parameters)were higher than those in control group(P＜0.05),BBS score were lower than those in control group(P＜0.05),and quality of life scores were higher than those in control group(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups during treatment(P＞0.05).Conclu-sion:NJF combined with Ziyin Tongluo Jiejing Decoction can improve curative effect,nerve function and lower limb function,promote the recovery of balance function and improve quality of life in patients with post-stroke hemiplegia,with high safety.关键词
