摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of strengthening nurse-patient communication in pediatric cardiovascular nursing.Methods A total of 62 children admitted to Cardiovascular Department,Yantai Yantaishan Hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the study objects.All the children were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 31 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received strengthening nurse-patient communication.The length of hospital stay,nursing quality,and family satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The length of hospital stay in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of environment and safety,psychological care,life care,respect and protection and health education in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total rate of family satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of strengthening nursery-patient communication in pediatric cardiovascular nursing is remarkable,which can improve the nursing quality and family satisfaction,and can be popularized.关键词
