摘要

Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect of interactive health education model in nursing of children with fracture.Methods A total of 68 children with fracture admitted to Lanling County People's Hospital of Shandong Province from May 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the study objects.All the children were divided into the control group and the observation group using the random number table method.The control group(34 cases)was given routine nursing,and the observation group(34 cases)was given interactive health education model.The pain degree,psychological status,nursing compliance,and family satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of numerical rating scale and spence children's anxiety scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total rate of nursing compliance in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total rate of family satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The interactive health education model for children with fractures can effectively alleviate pain,reduce anxiety,improve nursing compliance,accelerate postoperative recovery and increase family satisfaction,which is worthy of reference.
