摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the application effect of auricular point pressing combined with breast acupoint massage in the postoperative nursing of cesarean section in parturients.Methods A total of 104 parturients who underwent cesarean section in the Sixth People's Hospital of Heze from August 2021 to July 2022 were selected and divided into two groups by the random number table method.The control group(52 cases)received routine nursing,while the study group(52 cases)received auricular point pressing combined with breast acupoint massage on the basis of control group.The lactation situation and the total satisfaction rate of nursing were compared between the two groups.Results The first lactation time in the study group was earlier than that in the control group(P<0.05),the lactation volume in the study group was more than that in the control group at 1,3,and 5 days postpartum(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of nursing in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Auricular point pressing combined with breast acupoint massage in the postoperative nursing of cesarean section in parturients has significant application effect,which can promote postpartum lactation,improve nursing satisfaction,and is worth popularizing.关键词
