Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of systematic nursing intervention on cognitive function in bipolar affective disorder female patients with manic episodes.Methods A total of 77 female patients with bipolar affective disorder in Shandong Guoxin Yiyang Group Zaozhuang East Suburb Hospital from May 2021 to December 2022 were selected and divided into control group(38 cases,routine nursing)and observation group(39 cases,systematic nursing)by the coin tossing method.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results Before intervention,there were no statistically significant differences in the scores of each index of Chinese Wechsler memory scale-revised(WMS-RC)between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the scores of each index of WMS-RC in the two groups were increased,and the scores of each index of WMS-RC in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before intervention,there were no statistically significant differences in the scores of each index of Wechsler adult intelligence scale-Chinese revision(WAIS-RC)between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the scores of each index of WAIS-RC in the two groups were increased,and the scores of each index of WAIS-RC in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in the score of Bech-Rafaelsen mania rating scale(BRMS)between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the score of BRMS in the two groups was decreased,and the score of BRMS in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Systematic nursing intervention can improve the cognitive function in bipolar affective disorder female patients with manic episodes,and it is worth promoting and applying.关键词
