养血祛风方对维持性血液透析皮肤瘙痒患者瘙痒程度及瘙痒介质血液生化指标的影响
Theeffect of Yangxue Qufeng formula on the degree of itch and blood biochemical indicators of itch media in main-tenance hemodialysis patients with skin itch

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of Yangxue Qufeng formula on the degree of itch and blood biochemical indica-tors of itch media in maintenance hemodialysis patients with skin itch.Methods 106patients with maintenance hemodialysis skin itch admitted to Lu'an traditional Chinese medicine hospital from June 2020to June 2023were randomly divided into the control group(53cases)and the experimental group(53cases),and the grouping method was selected using a random number table method.The control group was treated with loratadine tablets,while the experimental group was treated with Yangxue Qufeng for-mula on the basis of the control group.Both groups continued to receive treatment for 4weeks.The efficacy after 4weeks of treat-ment,levels of itch,pain,sleep quality,inflammation indicators,itching mediator blood biochemical indicators before and after 4weeks of treatment,and the occurrence of adverse reactions during the treatment period of the two groups were compared.Results After 4weeks of treatment,the total effective rate in the experimental group was 92.45％,which was higher than 77.36％in the control group(P＜0.05).After 4weeks of treatment,the scores of Duo score,visual analogue score(VAS),pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI),serum levels of C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-1β(IL-1β),whole blood parathyroid hormone(PTH),urea nitrogen(BUN)β2microglobulin(β2-MG),phosphorus(P),calcium(Ca)de-creased compared to before treatment,and the experimental group was lower than the control group(P＜0.05).During the treat-ment period,the total incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 3.77％,lower than the 15.09％in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The Yangxue Qufeng formula could effectively regulate the levels of itching mediators,blood bio-chemical indicators,and inflammatory index in maintenance hemodialysis patients with skin itching,alleviate inflammation in the body,improve the degree of itching,pain,and sleep quality of patients,thereby improving the therapeutic effect and had good safety.关键词
