Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of maternity school education based on flipped classroom on childbirth coping ability and self-efficacy of primiparas.Methods A total of 116 primiparas who received education in the maternity training school of Dayong Hospital of Zhongshan City from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into the control group(58 cases)and the study group(58 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group received routine maternity school education,and the study group carried out maternity school education based on flipped classroom.Health knowledge,self-efficacy,childbirth coping ability,and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total health knowledge mastery rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the general self-efficacy scale score of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The score of childbirth attitudes questionnaire in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Maternity school education based on flipped classroom can improve the health knowledge,childbirth coping ability,self-efficacy and satisfaction of primiparas,and has the promotion value.关键词
