62例川崎病患儿的临床特征分析

Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics of 62 children with Kawasaki disease.Methods A total of 62 children with Kawasaki disease who were hospitalized in Nanning Maternity and Child Health Hospital from June 2020 to September 2022 were selected to retrospectively analyze the clinical data and summarize the clinical characteristics.Results Among 62 children with Kawasaki disease,43 cases(69.35%)were complete Kawasaki disease and 19 cases(30.65%)were incomplete Kawasaki disease.The incidence of rashes,conjunctival congestion,lip chapping,bayberry tongue,red swelling,and desquamation of hands and feet in complete Kawasaki disease group was higher than that in incomplete Kawasaki disease group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the results of laboratory examination between the two groups(P>0.05).Among 62 children with Kawasaki disease,50 cases had coronary artery lesion and 1 case had coronary artery aneurysm.There were no significant differences in echocardiographic results between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The incidence of coronary artery lesion is higher in children with Kawasaki disease,and there are differences in age and some clinical manifestations between children with complete Kawasaki disease and incomplete Kawasaki disease.The occurrence of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis can be reduced by observing the clinical manifestations of children and combining the results of laboratory examination and echocardiography.关键词
