基于"多维证据体"的中医团体标准修订操作流程
Process of revising traditional Chinese medicine group standards based on"multidimensional evidence body"
摘要
Abstract
[Objective]Taking the revision of the group standard Chinese Medical Treatment and Prevention of Disease Technical Operation Specification Acupoint Patch(T/CACM 1090-2018)as an example,this paper introduces a group standard revision method and tool based on"multidimensional evidence body",in order to guide the revision of other similar standards and help healthcare(non medical)institutions practitioners correctly use acupoint patch therapy,better serving the health of the general public.[Methods]Based on the scope of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)health care services,a"multidimensional evidence body"model was adopted throughout the entire process of revising group standards.Based on literature research,expert experience,and testing applications,evidence was widely collected from the above three dimensions,and relevant technical content was revised to form a standard submission for review.[Results]The project team formed a total of 13 main revision contents through sorting and integrating revision opinions,involving the definition of acupoint application terms,time selection,drug selection,etc.[Conclusion]The study adopts a"multidimensional evidence body"model to integrate various types of evidence,searching for revision evidence from the three dimensions of literature,research,and application,ensuring the scientific rigor of the standard revision process,and providing certain reference for the revision of similar standards.In the future,targeted promotion and interpretation of standards will also be carried out to promote the use of acupoint patches in healthcare(non medical)institutions and promote the construction of a"Healthy China".关键词
