Abstract
American historian David Anpham calls abstract Expressionism"a milestone in the history of art in general and modern art in particular."Abstract expressionism,as a popular art form in contemporary pottery creation,is characterized by pure form,structural consciousness,and restoration of artistic language itself.This paper attempts to study the influ-ence of abstract expression on contemporary pottery creation from the perspective of artistic theory of abstract expression,and discusses how contemporary potters break through the traditional"pottery thinking",give play to the combination of abstract artistic consciousness expression and the unique plasticity and malleable material language of clay,and make con-temporary pottery full of emotional vitality and visual tension.关键词
