目的 探究超声测量颈项透明层(NT)在胎儿畸形筛查中的应用价值.方法 选取2022年1月-2023年2月于我院建档产检的300例孕妇,行超声检查测量其NT厚度,依据其测量结果分为NT正常组(NT＜2.5 mm)206例,NT增厚组(NT≥2.5 mm)94例,比较不同NT增厚胎儿的畸形发生率,以及不同NT厚度对胎儿畸形的预测价值.结果 NT增厚组胎儿畸形发生率高于NT正常组(P＜0.05).NT增厚组中,胎儿畸形发生率由高至低依次为NT厚度≥5.…查看全部>>
