Status of monitoring the tendency of connective tissue disease related interstitial lung disease
摘要
Abstract
Connective tissue disease(CTD)is a group of autoimmune diseases that involve connective tissue throughout the body.Interstitial lung disease(ILD)is a common complication of CTD.The prognosis of connective tissue disease related interstitial lung disease(CTD-ILD)is variable,imaging changes of CTD-ILD can be reversed in some patients after treatment,ILD lesions in some patients could not be reversed,but could remain stable for a long time;in some patients,despite active treatment,ILD continues to progress and eventually develops respiratory failure.Therefore,a comprehensive understanding of the progression tendency of connective tissue disease related interstitial lung disease is of great signifi-cance for developing individual treatment plans and improving the prognosis of patients.This article reviews the current sta-tus of research on the progression tendency of lung interstitial disease associated with connective tissue disease.关键词
