Abstract
Objective To study the effect of WeChat subscription nursing on self-efficacy and quality of life of patients with bladder cancer receiving bricker ileal conduit.Methods A total of 60 patients who underwent cystectomy and bricker ileal conduit in our hospital from March 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was treated with WeChat subscription nursing intervention.The self-efficacy,quality of life,incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of self-efficacy and quality of life in the two groups after intervention were higher than those before intervention,and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 6.67％,which was lower than 16.67％in the control group(P＜0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96.67％,which was higher than 83.33％of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion WeChat subscription nursing can promote the improvement of self-efficacy and quality of life of patients with bricker ileal conduit,prevent complications and improve nursing satisfaction,which is an effective and feasible nursing mode.关键词
