Study on Antiviral Effect and Clinical Application of Arbidol
摘要
Abstract
Abidorel(ARB)has a wide range of antiviral effects and is recommended for the treatment of influenza A and B by major guidelines.In this paper,the antiviral mechanism,pharmacokinetics,bioequivalence of ARB and its clinical research status in inhibiting influenza virus,severe acute respiratory syndrome virus,Middle East respiratory syndrome virus and Ebola virus are reviewed.Then,the prevention of ARB-related adverse drug reactions(ADR)and the medical ethics of ARB drug instructions are analyzed in order to provide reference for subsequent clinical research and application.关键词
