基于医保结算的耗材精细化管理策略
Refined Management of Medical Consumables Based on Medical Insurance Settlement

Abstract
Objective To explore the efficient and refined management mode and method of medical consumables to help the high-quality development of public hospitals.Methods Starting from the per capita cost of medical materials in the department,the per capita cost of the disease group,and the rate of medical insurance settlement,the disease consumption,consumables purchase price and hospital circulation in each department of diagnosis related groups were controlled;The effect was compared with the total cost per capita of hospitalized patients and the cost per capita of medical materials.Result The per capita total cost and per capita sanitation material cost of inpatients decreased by 8.55%and 5.85%,respectively.Conclusion Under the relatively constant state of infrastructure,medical personnel and beds,the refined management of medical consumables can effectively reduce the burden of patients'medical treatment,improve the payment rate of medical insurance,and enhance the core competitiveness of hospitals.关键词
