Construction and Application Cases of Evaluation System for Medical Equipment Use
摘要
Abstract
Objective To achieve intelligent clinical use evaluation of medical equipment,provide scientific decision-making basis for fine management of medical equipment,fully utilize the efficiency of medical equipment,and ensure optimal allocation of resources.Methods An intuitive and user-friendly evaluation system for medical equipment use was established,consisting of target assessment,functional analysis and usage evaluation analysis.Usage evaluation analysis models for each type of equipment was developed and integrated into the medical equipment lifecycle management system.By connecting with databases such as hospital information systems,picture archiving and communication systems,and laboratory information systems,the required data was extracted to directly output the analysis and evaluation results of medical equipment usage.Results With the help of the new evaluation system,usage evaluation analysis was conducted on the large medical equipment in the hospital in 2020.It particularly showcased that the newly purchased MRI achieved 85%functionality development within 3 months of installation,fully utilizing the capabilities of the equipment.The target assessment of specialized medical equipment effectively assisted in the implementation of new medical technologies in clinical practice,which gave full play to the clinical initiative,and provided objective basis for the resource allocation in the hospital for the new year.The analysis results directly reflected the authenticity and objectivity of the equipment procurement justification report in clinical departments,the development of medical equipment functionality utilization in clinical departments,and the improvement of diagnosis and treatment capabilities of medical equipment.Conclusion The intelligent evaluation system for medical equipment can effectively achieve a comprehensive integrated evaluation of the use of medical equipment,enhance the functionality utilization of medical equipment,fully leverage the subjective initiative of clinical staff,optimize equipment management labor,and possess standardized scalability.关键词
