基于HRP系统的医用耗材精细化管理模式实践探索
Exploration of Medical Consumables Refined Management Mode Based on HRP System

Abstract
Objective To explore the refined management mode of medical consumables and to provide guarantee for the high-quality development of public hospitals under the background of the implementation of removing medical consumables markup and diagnosis related groups payment reform.Methods Taking a grade Ⅲ general public hospital in Beijing as the research object,based on the data formed by the information interchange of the material management module of the hospital resource planning(HRP)system,and guided by the standardization of medical consumables behavior,this paper explored the possibility of improving the quality of medical consumables under the leadership of the Hospital Operation Management Committee and the Medical Consumables Management Committee.Led by the material management department,in collaboration with the medical,nursing,medical insurance,performance and other management departments,with the concept of"fine management,cost control,optimization structure"as the main line,the medical consumables catalog,medical consumables application,medical consumables consumption and medical consumables monitoring were carried out fine management.The consumables cost and income structure from February to July 2023 and the same period in 2021 were compared to test the practical effect of the refined management mode based on HRP system.Results Through the practice,the refined management consciousness of the medical consumables management staff was improved.From February to July 2023,the consumption of health materials(excluding drug income)with 100 yuan of medical income decreased significantly compared with the same period in 2021,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001),and the cost control of consumables achieved initial results.From February to July 2023,the proportion of hospital consumption decreased significantly compared with the same period in 2021,and the proportion of medical service income increased significantly compared with the same period in 2021,with statistical significance(both P<0.001),and the income structure improved.Conclusion The refined management mode of medical consumables based on HRP system can effectively control the cost,promote the optimization of income structure,reduce the management risk,and provide reference for the consumables control of public hospitals.关键词
