Abstract
Objective To establish an intelligent unmanned storage system to reduce the workload of medical staff and improve the timeliness and precision of consumables management through the use of intelligent Internet of Things,artificial intelligence(AI)vision system and other new technologies to upgrade the intelligent level of the warehouse.Methods To solve the problems of traditional low-value consumables warehouse management mode in hospitals,an intelligent unmanned storage system for low-value consumables in secondary warehouses was constructed based on AI,vision,gravity sensing and biometrics.By comparing the inventory time,inventory accuracy and consumption rate of consumables before and after the use of the system,the application effect of the intelligent unmanned storage system was tested.Results After the application of the intelligent unmanned storage system,the inventory time of consumables was significantly shortened,the inventory accuracy was significantly improved,and the staff satisfaction was significantly increased,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of intelligent unmanned storage system is of great significance to improve the management efficiency of secondary warehouse in hospitals,and can provide some reference value for other hospitals to apply this technology.关键词
