寰枢椎脱位手术中置钉技术应用进展
Progress in the Application of Screw Placement Technique in Atlantoaxial Dislocation Surgery
摘要
Abstract
In recent years,with the advancement of science and technology,the technique of screw placement technique in surgery for atlantoaxial dislocation has been developing.In this paper,the commonly used and important nailing techniques for atlantoaxial dislocation in the past ten years were summarized,which could be divided into manual screw placement technique and new robot screw placement technique.This paper introduced the principles and equipment of free-hand screw placement technology and robot screw placement technology,and explained their advantages and disadvantages.Finally,a comparison and summary of the literature were performed and the limitations of current clinical and research screw placement techniques were presented to promote future development of screw placement techniques.关键词
