叶黄素的护眼机制及其在近视防治中的应用进展
Progress of lutein in the eye protection mechanism and its application in myopia prevention and treatment
摘要
Abstract
With the popularity of electronic products,myopia among children and adolescents in China has become more and more severe in younger age.It is urgent to take effective measures to improve the level of vision health.Lutein,as a nutritional pigment rich in the macular area of the retina,has the functions of blue light filtering,anti-oxidation and anti-inflammation,and has a positive effect on improving myopia and its prognosis.This article reviews the properties and sources of lutein,biological safety,eye protection mechanism,and its role in the prevention and treatment of myopia,and looks forward to the future clinical research direction of lutein.关键词
