Research progress on the correlation between human papilloma virus vaccine and premature ovarian insufficiency
全球使用的预防性人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)疫苗包括二价、四价和九价疫苗,可有效预防多种HPV感染亚型及其所致的生殖器疣及癌前病变.宫颈癌是中国第二大妇科恶性肿瘤,因此HPV疫苗在国内受到广泛关注.本文通过分析HPV疫苗与早发性卵巢功能不全相关性的文献,阐述HPV疫苗对卵巢功能的影响,减少公众对疫苗安全性的顾虑,促进HPV疫苗在国内的推广应用.
