Research progress on the correlation between human papilloma virus vaccine and premature ovarian insufficiency
摘要
Abstract
Prophylactic human papilloma virus(HPV)vaccines,including bivalent,quadrivalent,and nine-valent vaccines,are used worldwide to effectively prevent a variety of HPV infection subtypes and the genital warts and precancerous lesions caused by them.Cervical cancer is the second most common gynecological malignancy in China,so HPV vaccine has attracted wide attention in China.This article summarizes the correlation between premature ovarian insufficiency and HPV vaccines,expounds the impact of HPV vaccine on ovarian function,reduces public concerns about the safety of the vaccine,in order to promote and application of HPV vaccine in China.关键词
