Practice of Refined Operation Management in Public Hospitals Under the Condition of Informatization
摘要
Abstract
With the deepening progression of medical reforms,the operation model of public hospitals is undergoing changes,and seeking efficiency through management has become inevitable.This paper uses a certain tertiary hospital as a foundation,adopting methods such as on-site research,key interviews,compliance testing,and expert consultation.It sorts through and evaluates the various reforms and practical effects that this hospital has made during the process of refined operation management,aiming to explore the path of refined operation management of hospitals under the condition of informatization.This exploration seeks to optimize the hospital's operation model,enhance the hospital's core competitiveness,promote high-quality development of the hospital,and provide reference and learning opportunities for medical institutions in the same industry.关键词
