Abstract
The safety of intravenous medication is the foundation of medical safety,and the closed-loop management of intravenous medication is also an important part of hospital information management.Through information technology,information recording of intravenous medication from PIVAS to various process nodes in clinical departments is achieved,including issuing medical orders,prescription review,receiving drug review,drug labeling,medication arrangement,packaging,logistics distribution,ward reception,drug execution,etc.,establishing a closed-loop management architecture for intravenous medication,we have achieved information supervision of intravenous drugs,improved the timeliness and accuracy of intravenous drug formulation and clinical use,reduced the occurrence of adverse drug events,and promoted the rational use of intravenous drugs in clinical practice.关键词
