Research Progress of Etomidate in Analyzing Methods,Toxic Damage and Abuse Situation
摘要
Abstract
Although the clinical use of etomidate is widely recognized,there are issues of abuse and misuse of etomidate leading to fatalities,in some countries including China.Currently,China has classified etomidate as a second-class psychoactive drug with narcotic properties.Illicit use of etomidate can result in severe harm to multiple organ systems,including endocrine,nervous,and cardiovascular systems.By exploring the toxic mechanism,toxic damage,metabolic distribution,and analyzing methods of etomidate abuse,this paper provides a reference for the regulatory control and forensic evaluation of etomidate abuse.关键词
