Clinical application and prospect of microtransplantation technology
摘要
Abstract
Microtransplantation was a new therapeutic concept and concept that organically combines allogeneic stem cell transplantation and cell therapy on the basis of effective anti-leukemia treatment(targeted therapy or chemotherapy,etc.).Its research and application is a milestone,which has changed the treatment concept of malignant hematological diseases,especially acute myeloid leukemia(AML)in the elderly.This paper expounds the application of micro-transplantation technology from the aspects of introduction of micro-transplantation technology,possible problems in clinical application and treatment.关键词
