造血干细胞微移植治疗的现状与挑战
Microtransplantation of hematopoietic stem cells:current status and challenges
摘要
Abstract
Hematopoietic stem cell microtransplantation(MST)is a new type of transplantation surgery that combines chemotherapy,allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation(allo-HSCT),and cellular immunotherapy while minimizing damage to the recipient's immune function.MST injects donor stem cells to form microchimerisms,exerting anti-tumor effects and avoiding the occurrence of graftversushost disease(GVHD).MST is used for the treatment of hematological malignancies,significantly improving the rate of complete remission(CR),overall survival(OS),and disease-free survival(DFS),promoting hematopoietic recovery,reducing the risk of infection,and avoiding the occurrence of GVHD.In order to better apply MST in clinical practice,this article reviews the mechanism of action,current clinical application status,and current challenges faced by MST.关键词
