摘要

Abstract

Foot-and-mouth disease(FMD)is a highly impactful and challenging animal disease caused by foot-and-mouth disease virus(FMDV),posing a significant threat to the health of cloven-hoofed animals.FMDV is a single-stranded positive strand RNA virus,comprising both structural and non-structural proteins.This article presents a comprehensive overview of the structural and functional attributes of the FMDV non-structural protein 3A.The findings of this study contribute to a deeper understanding of the infection mechanism of FMDV and offer valuable insights for the prevention and control of FMD.
