摘要
Abstract
Interventional inefficacy or treatment failure caused by bacterial resistance continues to challenge human and animal health.It is of great significance to study how to use antimicrobial agents scientifically and rationally for treatment and to evaluate the efficacy of antimicrobial agents in the host effectively.This review summarizes the methods for evaluating the in vivo efficacy of antimicrobial agents,analyzes their shortcomings,and proposes new considerations and explorations,aiming to provide references for the scientific,rational,and effective use of antimicrobial agents,reduce the emergence of resistance,and minimize the impact of interventional inefficacy or treatment failure.关键词
