The Judicial Dilemma of Data Property Rights in Dairy Enterprises from the Perspective of Legal Methods
摘要
Abstract
As a new type of right,the data property right of dairy enterprises has a legal causing clause on the property right,but there is no clear enough law to provide judgment basis for it,among them,the process of rights transformation should be Confirmed,Stereotyped Argumentation in the process of judgment,and the judicial predicament of dairy enterprises is closely related to the application of legal relations to a certain extent,if the improper application of legal methods,the judgment of the case will create many impressions,therefore,we should strengthen the application of many legal methods in judicial practice.关键词
