拟合杂交肉羊生长曲线及构建60、180日龄体重校正公式研究OA北大核心
Study on Fitting Growth Curve of Hybrid Mutton Sheep and Constructing Weight Correction Formulas at 60 days and 180 Days of Age
为探讨杂交肉羊的生长发育规律,选取生长发育良好的南湖杂交羊(南丘羊×湖羊,NH)、陶湖杂交羊(陶赛特羊×湖羊,TH)为研究对象,利用SPSS软件拟合Logistic、Gompertz和Von Bertalanffy三种非线性模型分析NH、TH羊的早期生长发育规律,构建NH、TH羊达到60日龄(断奶)和180日龄时的体重校正公式.结果表明,3种模型均能较好地拟合生长曲线,其中Von Bertalanffy非线性模型对NH、TH羊的拟合度最高.在目标日龄段,构建NH母羊达到60日龄(断奶)的体重校正公式为W60校(kg)=W实×18.254/[18.254+0.049 3×(T实测日龄-60)],达到180日龄的体重校正公式为W180校(kg)=W实×30.956/[30.956+0.051 5×(T实测日龄-180)];TH母羊达到60日龄(断奶)的体重校正公式为W60校(kg)=W实×17.087/[17.087+0.043 9×(T实测日龄-60)],达到180日龄的体重校正公式为W180校(kg)=W实×31.869/[31.869+0.093 4×(T实测日龄-180)].
The purpose of this study is to explore the growth and development patterns of hybrid mutton sheep,healthy hybrid Nanhu sheep(Southdown sheep×Hu sheep,NH)and Taohu sheep(Dorset sheep×Hu sheep,TH)were selected as the research objects.The early growth and development rules of NH sheep and TH sheep were analyzed,and weight correction formulas for NH sheep and TH sheep at 60 days(weaning)and 180 days of age were constructed by using three nonlinear models of Logistic,Gompertz,and Von Bertalanffy in SPSS software.The results showed that all three models could fit the growth curve well,and the Von Bertalanffy nonlinear model had the best fitting degree for NH sheep and TH sheep.In the target age segment,the weight correction formula constructed for NH ewes at 60 days old(weaning)is W60 calibration(kg)=Wmeasured×18.254/[18.254+0.049 3×(Tmeasured-60)],and the weight correction formula at 180 days old is W180 calibration(kg)=Wmeasured×30.956/[30.956+0.051 5×(Tmeasured-180)].The weight correction formula for TH ewes reaching 60 days(weaning)is W60 calibration(kg)=Wmeasured×17.087/[17.087+0.043 9×(Tmeasured-60)],the weight correction formula for reaching 180 days is W180 calibration(kg)=Wmeasured×31.869/[31.869+0.093 4×(Tmeasured-180)].
