Research Progress on Anthelmintic Drugs in Ruminants
摘要
Abstract
Parasitic infections are widely prevalent in ruminants,causing serious losses to animal husbandry,and people usually use chemotherapy to prevent and control them.However,due to the unreasonable use of insecticides,the problem of insecticide resistance(AR)has become increasingly serious in animal husbandry,posing great challenges to public health safety and the healthy development of ruminant breeding.The selection of highly efficient,broad-spectrum,low toxicity,convenient administration,low price,low residue,and resistant antiparasitic drugs is the founda-tion for treating animal helminthiasis.By combining,shuttle,and rotating medication,the efficacy of antiparasitic drugs can be maintained and extended.This article was based on existing epidemiological studies on ruminant helminthiasis around the world,discussing the epidemic status and harm of ruminant helminthiasis,as well as the current status and development trends of anti worm drugs,providing insights for drug research and development of ruminant helminthiasis.关键词
