摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of continuous nursing measures based on wechat platform on self-efficacy of patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with stroke.Methods A total of 102 patients with diabetes mellitus combined with stroke admitted to Gucheng County People's Hospital from March 2020 to March 2022 were selected as the study objects,48 patients admitted from March 2020 to March 2021 were selected as the control group,and 54 patients admitted from April 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the observation group.The control group was given routine continuity care,the observation group was given continuity care based on wechat platform,and the nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results After intervention,the score of general self-efficacy scale(GSES)of the two groups increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After the intervention,the two groups controlled diet,medication,regular exercise and monitored the increase of blood glucose score,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After intervention,the scores of self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)of the two groups were decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with stroke are given continuous nursing measures based on wechat platform after discharge,which can effectively improve patients'self-efficacy and self-management ability,and alleviate bad emotions.关键词
