Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of pain nursing mode on pain degree and quality of life in patients with benign breast tumor resection.Methods Sixty-eight patients undergoing breast benign tumor resection treated in Gao'an People's Hospital from May 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects and divided into control group and observation group according to different nursing methods,with 34 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received pain nursing mode on the basis of routine nursing.The psychological state,pain degree,sleep quality and life quality of the two groups were compared before and after nursing.Results After nursing,the scores of the General anxiety Scale(GAD-7)and health questionnaire Depression Scale(PHQ-9)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05);Visual analogue scale(VAS)scores and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)scores of observation group were lower than those of control group(P＜0.05).The physiological status,emotional status,social/family status,functional status and additional attention score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The nursing effect of pain nursing mode in benign breast tumor resection is significant,which can effectively relieve bad mood,reduce pain degree,and improve sleep quality and life quality of patients.关键词
