误诊为手足综合征的手足癣1例
A case of tinea manus and pedis misdiagnosed as hand-foot syndrome
摘要
Abstract
A 51-year-old woman developed skin lesions on both feet after her second chemotherapy for breast cancer a month ago.The skin lesions on the left hand and buttocks with itching were ineffective according to the symptomatic treat-ment of hand-foot syndrome.Dermatologic examination showed scaly erythema on the dorsal aspect of dorsum of both feet,both feet's metatarsal and lateral edge,right buttock,dorsum of left hand,palmar side of left hand,thenar eminence of left hand,with a ring-like flaking edge and clear boundaries.Fungal direct microscopy tests of the lesions on the hands,feet and buttocks were positive,and the result of fungal culture was Trichophyton rubrum.Diagnosis:tinea manum,tinea pedis,tinea cruris.The patient was cured by oral and topical antifungal drugs.关键词
