Abstract
Objective To observe and analyze the characteristics of disease progression and clinical treatment effect of acute and critically ill pregnant and postpartum women in ICU.Methods The 80 cases of critically ill pregnant and postpartum women included were from the department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of our hospital from December 2022 to December 2023.All patients were treated in the obstetrics and gynecology joint ICU.According to different clinical treatment methods,patients were assigned to the observation group and the control group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The characteristics of all critically ill pregnant and postpartum women were analyzed and summarized,and the clinical treatment effect,first aid index,maternal delivery outcome,newborn birth outcome,and treatment result of the two groups were compared.Results The conditions of ICU critical pregnant and postpartum women were complicated.The analysis and summary of the existing 80 cases showed that the incidence of obstetric hemorrhage was the highest,accounting for 47.50％,followed by pregnancy-induced hypertension,accounting for 20.00％.The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,while the difference was significant(P＜0.05);The first aid rescue time,symptom disappearance time and vital signs recovery time of the observation group were faster than those of the control group,and the differences were significant(P＜0.05).The comparison of the outcome of childbirth and newborn birth between the two groups showed no statistical meaning with P＞0.05,but the treatment result was better than that of the control group,while the difference was significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The critical pregnant and postpartum women in ICU have the characteristics of rapid onset,rapid progress,and dangerous condition.Timely and accurate judgment and monitoring of condition changes can prevent further progress of ward situation by adopting effective emergency treatment,improve the treatment effect of critical pregnant and postpartum women and ensure good outcome of mother and child.关键词
