摘要
Abstract
Liver transplantation is the most effective treatment for end-stage liver disease,but the recipient often suffers from various physical discomfort due to postoperative environmental changes,pain,immunosuppressive drugs and other reasons.Sleep disorder is one of the common symptoms in ICU after liver transplantation,which will not only cause physical discomfort of patients,but also cause various negative emotions,slow down postoperative tissue healing,affect the recovery of the recipient after transplantation,and reduce their quality of life.In this paper,the risk factors and nursing intervention measures of sleep disorders in ICU after liver transplantation were reviewed and summarized,in order to provide reference for improving the prevention and treatment plan,promoting the rapid postoperative recovery,and improving the quality of life of the recipient.关键词
