Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of aripiprazole combined with repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation(rTMS)in the treatment of Tourette syndrome.Methods A total of 120 children with Tourette syndrome admitted to Tai'an Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.Control group was treated with aripiprazole,observation group was treated with aripiprazole combined with rTMS.The clinical efficacy,symptom score,serum neurotransmitter level and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of observation group was 91.67%,which was higher than that of control group 76.67%(P＜0.05).After treatment,the scores of twitch type,twitch frequency,twitch intensity,complexity,disturbance degree and total score of YGTSS in observation group were lower than those in control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum neurotransmitters 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT),dopamine(DA)and norepinephrine(NE)in observation group were lower than those in control group,and glutamate(Glu)was higher than those in control group,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 11.67%in the observation group and 10.00%in the control group,with no statistical significance(P＞0.05).Conclusion Aripiprazole combined with rTMS in the treatment of Tourette syndrome can improve clinical efficacy,effectively improve clinical symptoms,regulate serum neurotransmitter levels,and have high safety.关键词
