丁苯酞氯化钠注射液联合依达拉奉右莰醇对脑血管病患者内皮功能及神经损伤的影响
Effects of Butylphthalein Sodium Chloride Injection combined with Edaravondexcamphorol on Endothelial Function and Nerve Injury in Patients with Cerebrovascular Disease

Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of butylphthalein sodium chloride injection combined with Edaravondexcamphorol on endothelial function and nerve injury in patients with cerebrovascular disease.Methods A total of 200 patients with cerebrovascular disease treated in Yingtan People's Hospital from January 2021 to July 2023 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 100 patients in each group.The control group was treated with butylphthalein sodium chloride injection on the basis of conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with Edaravone dextrocamphorol on the basis of control group.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results The effective rate of observation group was 93.00%,which was higher than that of control group 83.00%(P＜0.05).After treatment,the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score decreased and Barthel index increased in both groups,and the improvement in observation group was better than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,endothelin-1(ET-1)level decreased and nitric oxide(NO)level increased in both groups,and the improvement of observation group was better than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of S-100β protein and neuron-specific enolase(NSE)in 2 groups were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Butylphthalide sodium chloride injection combined with edaravone dexamethasone can improve the efficacy of patients with cerebrovascular disease,improve the neurological function and the ability of daily life,and its mechanism of action may be related to the improvement of the endothelial function and the indexes related to the neurological damage.关键词
