Abstract
Objective To observe the application effect of PDCA cycle management in pre-hospital first aid and transportation of critically ill pregnant and postpartum women.Methods A retrospective selection was conducted on 80 critically ill pregnant and postpartum women in our hospital from February 2022 to February 2023.According to pre-hospital first aid and transportation methods,they were divided into two groups:the PDCA circulation management group and the conventional pre-hospital first aid group,with 40 cases in each group.Results Comparing to the conventional pre-hospital first aid group,in the PDCA circulation management group,the receiving time,pre-hospital transfer time,and emergency room retention time in the PDCA circulation management group were shorter;the incidence of incomplete phone handover,bumpy transport vehicles,poor battery storage of monitors,neglect of patient and their family emotions,and incomplete nursing handover record were lower;the health knowledge mastery score and HPLP score were higher;the natural delivery rate was higher;the cesarean section rate was lower;the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes was lower;The scores of emergency drug management,ward management,key link management,document management,basic nursing,special nursing,and total nursing quality were all higher(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of PDCA cycle management in pre hospital emergency and transportation of critically ill pregnant and postpartum women is better than that of conventional pre-hospital emergency.关键词
