Abstract
objective To analyze the role of emergency care pathway based on Delphi method in acute myocardial infarction.Methods 78 patients from Department of Emergency Medicine,Xiamen Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine with acute myocardial infarction from August 2022 to August 2023 were selected and divided into two groups.The control group received regular emergency nursing,while the observation group(N=39)received Delphi method combined emergency nursing pathway.The quality of care,first aid efficiency,disease severity,complication rate,and patient satisfaction of the two groups are compared.Results Compared with the control group,in the observation group,the nursing quality and satisfaction degree were higher,the time of triage,the time of vein establishment,the time of ECG examination,the time of blood collection,and thrombolytic therapy were shorter,and the score of disease severity was lower(P＜0.05).There was no difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion The construction of emergency nursing path based on Delphi method can guarantee the quality of nursing work and the effect of rescue,reduce the severity of the disease,not increase the complications,improve the patients'satisfaction.关键词
